Thiopropamine (TPA) acts as a selective inhibitor of noradrenaline and dopamine reuptake and is active as an inhibitor of serotonin reuptake. Thiopropamine (TPA) is a fairly new drug; its pharmacological and toxicological properties are not yet fully understood.
