Description

Thevinone (IUPAC name 1-[(5α,7α)-4,5-Epoxy-3,6-dimethoxy-17-methyl-6,14-ethenomorphinan-7-yl]ethanone) is an opioid drug derived from thebaine and has a similar chemical structure. Thevinone is similar to morphine and codeine, but has a stimulant rather than a depressant effect and is also used in the manufacture of other opioid peraparts. This drug is poorly studied and little data is available on its properties and is intended for research and testing in special private laboratories.
